Six months with a gynaecologist who listens to what you’re going through, guides you and adapts your plan, plus a TIVEN scan to look after your body composition and bone health. At our clinic in Majadahonda (Madrid).
It’s a stage with real changes in your body, sleep, mood and bone health. Your gynaecologist listens to what you’re going through, explains what’s happening and builds a plan with you that makes sense for your life.
Forty-five minutes in your first consultation to understand everything you’re going through.
Hormonal and non-hormonal options, explained so you can decide with full information.
Your TIVEN scan shows your body composition and your bone density.
Group sessions with other women going through the same thing.
“The doctor who detects dangerous fat even in slim people: ‘Body mass index has been outdated for years’”

A short questionnaire you can take right here on this page, and a recent TIVEN scan. With them we know where to start.
An initial consultation with your gynaecologist, a check-up at three months and a channel for your questions between consultations.
A full consultation to look at your progress, your bone health and the next steps.
Each one has a clear purpose. And in between, you can write to us.
We talk calmly about your cycles, your symptoms and how they affect you. We review your history, your TIVEN scan and your preventive check-ups, and agree on a plan with you. If needed, we request a blood test. You leave with a report and your follow-up calendar.
We look at how you’ve been feeling, review your blood test if you had one and adjust the plan to how your body is responding.
We review your progress, your physical changes and your bone health, and define the next steps. If your goal is body composition, we repeat the TIVEN scan to compare it with your starting point.
Sessions led by professionals where you can learn, ask questions and share with other women going through the same thing. Each case is still looked after individually.
If you have a question about your plan, you can write to your doctor through a secure channel. It’s not for emergencies: for those, we always tell you where to go.
Tick what you’ve noticed over the last three months and we’ll tell you whether we recommend the programme. Your answers are not saved or sent.
What people who have already had a TIVEN scan say.
Not included: TIVEN scans and the blood test.
Leave your details and we’ll call you to answer your questions and book your consultation.
No. The programme covers the whole transition: the years before, menopause itself and the stage after. There’s no entry age: what matters is what you’re going through.
Twelve questions about the last three months that you can take right here on this page. It’s not a diagnosis: it tells you whether we recommend the consultation, whether it isn’t needed for now, or whether you should get a priority medical assessment. Your answers are not saved or sent.
If your gynaecologist considers it necessary, she will request it at your first consultation and you’ll review it together at the three-month check-up. Prescription and interpretation are included; the blood draw and lab fees are paid separately.
Yes. It’s the starting point: it shows your body composition and bone health, and your plan is built on it. It’s booked separately.
Only if it makes sense for you and you decide so. In the consultation we go through the options, hormonal and non-hormonal, so you can decide with full information.
At our clinic in Majadahonda, Avenida de España, 50 (Madrid). The three-month check-up is online.
At the six-month consultation we review your progress and define your next check-ups with you. If your goal is bone health, the next scan is recommended at twelve months.
